Meet Our Chefs
Romina
Romina grew up in Pescara, a beautiful seaside town on Italy’s Adriatic coast. She spent her childhood in the kitchen with her mother, learning how to make everything from scratch with love, patience, and fresh ingredients. Her sister ran a local restaurant, and Romina often helped out, gaining a deep understanding of traditional Italian cooking.
After moving to the US, Romina brought her passion for Italian food with her, faithfully recreating the dishes she grew up with, and sharing a little piece of Pescara with everyone lucky enough to sit at her table.
Caterina
Caterina was born on the picturesque Amalfi Coast into a family that had owned a restaurant for as long as she can remember. Growing up immersed in the rich culinary traditions of Italy, she learned the art of cooking from an early age at her family’s restaurant. As an adult, driven by her passion and ambition, Caterina immigrated to California to open a restaurant of her own. Today, she continues to share her deep-rooted love and knowledge of Italian cuisine with others, bringing a taste of the Amalfi Coast to the West Coast.
